Hon. Dr. Joshua Dare Monday Venza, the Transition Caretaker Chairman of Yagba East Local Government Area, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to all children in Yagba East on the occasion of International Children’s Day. In his message, he described children as a divine gift from Almighty God, emphasizing their importance and value to society.
Hon. Dr. Venza highlighted the unique and irreplaceable role that children play in the community, calling them the future leaders and the bedrock upon which the society’s future is built. He noted that it is the responsibility of every adult to nurture, protect, and educate children to ensure they grow up to be responsible and productive citizens.
“Children are a divine gift from Almighty God. They bring joy, hope, and a sense of continuity to our lives. On this special day, we celebrate their innocence, potential, and the bright future they represent for Yagba East and beyond,” Hon. Dr. Venza said.
He also used the opportunity to call on parents, guardians, and the entire community to prioritize the welfare and education of children. He stressed the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
“Our children deserve the best we can offer. Let us commit to providing them with quality education, healthcare, and the moral guidance they need to thrive. By investing in our children today, we are securing a prosperous and peaceful tomorrow for our community,” he added.
Hon. Dr. Venza reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to implementing policies and initiatives that support children’s well-being and development.
