A veteran unionist, Comrade Mcpherson Dele Olowo has emerged as the National Union of Local Government Employee (NULGE), Zonal leader, Kogi West.
The well deserved new level is not to the versatile union leader alone, but to the good people of Kabba/Bunu, Okun land and Kogi West at large.
Fondly referred to as leader from birth and the millionaire amongst the comrades, the new NULGE Zonal leader of Kogi West dedicated the appointment to God, the owner of heaven and earth.
In His submission, he urge every one to be resolute, committed and honest in wherever and whatever assignment they are given.
Comrade Mcpherson Dele Olowo’s assignments he noted come as a test, which he said is a sign capable enough to determine there next level either positively or negatively.
“Am proud to be the pioneer handler of the office from Kabba/Bunu LGA since the creation of Kogi state.
“Let me use this medium to appreciate the newly elected Kogi State NULGE President General, Comrade Sanusi Nyanyan for his support towards my emergence and his leadership driving for the uplitment and speedy growth of NULGE in Kogi state.
While speaking with newsmen following his emergence as the NULGE Zonal leader, Kogi West, anchoring much deeper in his statements, he said, loyalty is a KEY factor from the subordinate to the head. He thanked the executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for moving the local government salary from 30 percent to 90 percent while assuring the governor that the local government workers will continue to support him in his continuous efforts at taking Kogi state to a great height.
The new NULGE Zonal leader of Kogi West also commended the Caretaker Chairman of Kabba/Bunu LGA, Barrister Zaccheaus Dare Michael whom he noted is working assiduously for the overall development of the area.
He appreciate all and sundry for their support which eventually launched him into the new leadership relm.
