The Chief Security Officer of Kogi state University, Kabba and a community leader, Pastor Samuel Olubato (JP) has congratulated the executive Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on his resounding and well deserved victory at the Supreme court.
Pastor Samuel Olubato, in a statement signed and made available to newsmen after the victory of the Governor at the Supreme Court described the victory as an indication of the Governor’s overwhelming victory at the November 11th, 2023 Kogi state Governorship election.
The human and community development enthusiast noted that God has vindicated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo through this victory which he noted is an indication that the good people of Kogi state have trust and hope in the leadership qualities of the Governor.
“Your Excellency sir, your victory at the supreme court did not come to me as a surprise, your relentless commitment to the upliftment, socio-economic and rapid development of our beloved Kogi state since your assumption of office earlier in the year are the qualities that speak for you
“I want to specifically appreciate and commend our results oriented Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for his efforts to give the Kogi state University, Kabba, a rapid development and needed support in discharging it’s daily activities, while also commending on the Governor’s tireless efforts at ensuring that Kogi state university, Kabba operates in atmosphere where the environment is secured for all.
” Let me also use this medium to appeal to the opposition parties to accept the victory of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at the Supreme Court which is the last journey of the election litigations and join hand with him to move the state forward for the overall development of all.
The Chief Security Officer of Kogi state University, Kabba prayed to God to continue to endow Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo with strength, courage, wisdom and good health as he continues to serve the people for more gains of democracy.
