The Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Kogi state on Innovation, Science and Technology, Hon. Lamidi Saliu has felicitated with the executive Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency, Ahmed Usman Ododo on his victory at the Supreme court, marking the end of election litigations in Kogi state.
Hon. Lamidi Saliu, in a statement signed and made available to newsmen said the Supreme Court victory reflects the wishes of Kogites whom he noted have trust and confidence in the leadership transformation of the Governor which justify their large turn out to vote massively in the November 11th 2023 Kogi state Governorship election.
The ruling All Progressives Congress stalwart in Ijumu LGA also commended the Governor for his human driving projects and his ability to bring development across the nooks and crannies of Kogi state.
Hon. Saliu Lamidi appeal to other opposition parties to accept the outcome of the judgement at the Supreme Court which he noted marks the end of the election litigations and join hand with the Governor to move the state forward for the overall development of our beloved confluence state.
While congratulating the Governor on his resounding and well deserved victory at the Supreme court, he urged the good people of Kogi state to continue to support the programmes and policies of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo whom he assured would leave the state better than he met it.
The Special Adviser prayed to God to continue to endow the Governor with strength, wisdom, courage and good health while carrying out his constitutional duties for more gains of democracy in Kogi state.
