Kogi State Utility Infrastructure Management and Compliance Agency has officially inaugurated the KUIMCA Task Force, aimed at enforcing regulatory compliance as outlined in the act establishing the Kogi State Utility Infrastructure Management and Compliance Agency (KUIMCA).

The event, chaired by Director General Hon. Dr. Taufiq A. Isa gathered key stakeholders including Hon. Agada Paul, Hon. Suleiman Onimisi Abdulazeez, and Hon. Bebeyi Olayinka Emmanuel, who serve as board members of the agency.
The task force is composed of three members:
Musa Haruna as Chairman.
Ogorima Abdulhameed as Secretary.
Ejiga Emmanuel Sunday Member.
Oluyomi Tosin Peter Member.
The Task force team will work alongside the agency’s directors, legal adviser, consultants and staff to ensure effective management of utility infrastructure in the state.
Notable guests at the inauguration included Barr. Lewis Asubiojo and Hon. Kelvin Oluseyi Eletta, the SSA on Internet Fraud Matters to the Governor of Kogi State. Legal adviser Kogi State Internal Revenue Service Barr. Alhassan S.O.
The establishment of the task force marks a significant step toward enhancing regulatory frameworks and ensuring the integrity of utility infrastructure management in Kogi State.
The agency aims to foster accountability and transparency in its operations, contributing to the overall development of Kogi State.
