The People of Kogi State will today, October 19th, 2024 file our in their numbers to exercise their Franchise in today’s local Government election.
The election is to elect Council Chairmen, their Vice and Councillors.
The election is holding simultaneously in the State, will begin at 8:00am closing at 3:00pm.
The ruling All Progressives Congress the dominant Party and 18 other political parties are contesting the election.
For a peaceful conduct of the election, the State Government has restricted vehicular movement till 4:00pm.
