The Obanesa of Oweland, High Chief Olusegun Joseph Areh has commended the executive Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for his transparent and purposeful leadership he displayed at the just concluded Kogi state Local Government elections
Chief Olusegun Joseph Areh, in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen congratulated Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, vice chairman and all the 15 councillors on their well deserved victory in the just concluded Kogi state Local Government elections and their successful Swearing-In which took place today at the Government house, Lokoja.
“With great joy in my heart, I congratulate His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, our own people’s Governor, on the robust success of the Local Government elections held last Saturday.
It was well organized, peaceful, massive turnout, mature and temperate celebrations by the winners. A total victory for APC.
I also congratulate all the winners, the Chairmen and Councilors that have just been sworn-in.
“Bringing it down home, I celebrate and felicitate with our elected governing team in Kabba/Bunu. It is awesome. It is a fantastic and equitable reward and result for a performance -seed sown by our amiable Governor and our Chairman, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, lovingly called 501.
