....... Reaffirms Administration’s Dedication to Development of Kabba/Bunu LGA.The Executive Chairman of Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the rapid growth and development of the local government area, expressing his appreciation for the Kogi State Community and Social Development Agency (KGCSDA) and NG-CARES for their efforts in promoting grassroots development initiatives. These organization have played a crucial role in ensuring that the state government’s development projects are effectively delivered to the people.
The Chairman who was represented by his Vice Chairperson Hon (Mrs) Ifedunmi Olumeyan, made this declaration during the commissiong of the Okeoffin Bunu Community Classrooms Renovation and Motorized Borehole Projects in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State.
The Chairman emphasized that his administration will spare no effort in providing rapid infrastructural development, highlighting the significance of water in daily life. He stressed that the micro projects being implemented across state will directly benefit the residents and contribute to the local’s overall development.
While assuring the people of Okeoffin Bunu of more government’s presence, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael charged them to always pray and support Comdr Jerry Omodara rtd as he brings more opportunities to the community.
Zacchaeus who commended the facilitator of the projects, Comdr Jerry Omodara rtd for his continuous willingness to give back to his immediate community, assured that more development from KGCSDA will come to the area.
Earlier, the Chairman of Okeoffin Development Association, Chief Olorunsuwa Elijah Ola, said Comdr Jerry Omodara rtd is a blessing to the community as he is always interested in the well being of people.
Zacchaeus disclosed that the state government is undertaking various infrastructural projects across all the senatorial districts. He noted that improvements in salary and pension payments, as well as the fight against insecurity, are just the beginning of the state’s advancements.
The Chairman commended the Okeoffin Community Development Union for their project and assured them of the government’s commitment to bringing democracy’s dividends to the local’s residents.
The General Manager of the Kogi Community and Social Development Agency (KGCSDA), Chief Mallam Dauda, emphasized that Governor Ododo’s administration is dedicated to bringing development to the doorsteps of the people.
He explained that the commissioned projects are being managed through a Community/Group Development Plan, with an estimated 1,000 beneficiaries expected to benefit from these initiatives.
The General Manager, while attributing the smooth implementation of projects to the timely release of funds by the state government, commended the current administration for providing all the necessary support to NG-CARES.
He assured that projects across the state would be completed on time and ready for commissioning.
The event was attended by dignitaries, including State Security Adviser, Comdr Jerry Omodara rtd, Councillors, APC ward executives, party stalwarts, and local government officials.
