The Kabba/Bunu LGA Chairman, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael has set a new standard for governance in Kabba/Bunu LGA, demonstrating that leadership is about action, not empty promises.
Among Zacchaeus’s most notable initiatives was the introduction of bio data capturing and registration for all Fulanis and Okada riders in Kabba/Bunu LGA, as a way to monitor and checkmate crimes and criminality in our communities.
His proactive governance style continued with the security agencies to review and rejig strategies on security matters and also restrategise towards strengthening the security measures put in place to stem the tide of banditry and criminality in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
Sanitation, another pillar of his administration, saw a major boost with the composition of a 7 man committee to regulate waste disposal around major streets in Kabba metropolis. The Chairman also launched “Operation Keep Your Area Safe” (OK-YAS) initiative on monthly environmental sanitation.
Zacchaeus’s leadership is a testament to a reborn Kabba/Bunu LGA. He continues to signpost local’s renaissance, proving that impactful governance is not just a vision but a daily reality.
In his first official working day of the year, the chairman embarked on a strategic visit to Local Government Comprehensive Secondary School Kabba, reaffirming his commitment to rebuild and resettle education sector.
Further demonstrating his holistic development approach, Zacchaeus appointed 5 man committee on LGCSS rehabilitation and to make recommendation on how to move the institution forward for better learning.
While many leaders begin the year slowly, Zacchaeus hit the ground running for unity, peace and progress.
