Asiwaju Prince Dr Olatunji Olusoji stole the show at the 2025 Kabba community cultural day as he made a generous donation of ₦50 million towards community development. The philanthropist and community leader called on the united Kabba people for development and progress to be achieved, emphasizing the need for unity and collaboration.
In his address to the crowd gathered at the cultural day event, Asiwaju Prince Dr Olusoji highlighted the importance of unity among the people of Kabba. He stated, “One of the greatest challenges confronting us as a people is not a lack of talent, opportunity, or divine favor, it is our inability to stand firmly together with one voice.” He urged the community to set aside personal rivalries, political affiliations, and ego in order to work towards a collective vision of greatness for Kabba.
“A divided Kabba cannot lead a united Okunland, and a disjointed Okunland cannot shape a prosperous Kogi State,” Asiwaju Prince Dr Olusoji declared. He stressed the importance of rediscovering the spirit of brotherhood and unity that defined the land in the past, urging the people to embrace a “we before me” mentality for the greater good of the community.
Asiwaju Prince Dr Olusoji also took the opportunity to express his support for President Tinubu, stating that the President is doing well and encouraging the people to rally behind him in order to achieve even more progress. He reiterated the message of unity and service, calling on the people of Kabba to stand together as one, indivisible, purposeful, and proud.
The generous donation made by Asiwaju Prince Dr Olusoji towards community development is expected to make a significant impact on the growth and progress of Kabba as the community embarks on the construction of Community Civic Centre.
